COVID-19 student, staff vaccine clinic at Dexter Regional High School May 14

DEXTER — Hometown Health Center will be offering a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for staff and students at Dexter Regional High School from 10:30-11:30 a.m. on Friday, May 14. They will be offering the Pfizer vaccine to students and staff ages 16 years or older. They will return on Friday, June 4 to provide the second dose of the vaccine.

Why get a COVID-19 vaccine?

 Getting vaccinated can help prevent you from getting seriously ill from the coronavirus.

 Getting vaccinated can help to prevent the spread of the virus and protect others around you.

 Fully vaccinated individuals (an individual is considered fully vaccinated 14 days after their final dose) are not required to quarantine if they are considered a close contact to a positive case. 

The Pfizer Emergency Use Authorization informational vaccine sheet and adult/minor consent Forms are available at the high school in hard copy or via email, please contact the school for a copy or if you have any questions. Participation in the vaccine clinic is not required.
