The Commons at Central Hall to launch new programs in 2020

DOVER-FOXCROFT — The Commons at Central Hall will be introducing four new programs in January. Introduction to Essential Oils, hosted by Jessica Brasier, will begin at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 7. This is a weekly, six-week session, focusing on the healing nature of essential oils.

 

Introduction to Meditation, hosted by David Frasz and Lesley Fernow, will begin at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 9. This will be a weekly, six-week session, focusing on the background of meditation and the practice of mediation for stress reduction and renewal. Beginners and all ages are welcome.

 

The Piscataquis Spinners Group, hosted by Jayson Hunt, will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 18. This monthly program is for beginners and advanced spinners and will feature a pot-luck lunch.

 

Drawing Basics & Beyond, hosted by Amelia Trader, will begin at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 13. This is a weekly, eight-week course that will cover the fundamental concepts of drawing in The Commons amazing Event Center.
