Advance care planning seminar March 16

SANGERVILLE — Advance care planning isn’t just for those with life-limiting illnesses – but for all of us. Pine Tree Hospice is offering a free informative seminar at the First Unitarian Universalist Church, 17 Church Street, on Saturday, March 16, from 9:30 a.m. to noon.

Advance care planning involves ongoing conversations and review of written wishes and goals for your life, end of life and death. It encompasses several areas of concern including financial, property and health care decisions, how you want to be treated, how you want to be remembered and what you want to have done after your death. For you and your loved ones, advance care planning is the way you can make a difficult time easier.
