Dover-Foxcroft marks Memorial Day

A DAY TO REMEMBER THEIR SACRIFICE — The 2018 Memorial Day parade in Dover-Foxcroft on May 28 recognized all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for their country. The procession began on Summer Street and traveled to Monument Square where American Legion Department of Maine Commander Randall G. Kluj served as the guest speaker. The day’s observance included a wreath and flower tossing into the Piscataquis River on the East Main Street bridge and then the parade moved up East Main Street to the courthouse.
