Colleen T. Merrill

DOVER-FOXCROFT – Colleen T. Merrill, wife of Merle A. Merrill, passed away September 8, 2017, at Hibbard Nursing Home, Dover-Foxcroft. She was born in Dover-Foxcroft, the daughter of Carroll and Alice (Brawn) Tyler.
Colleen took great pride in becoming a CNA and always took wonderful care of her patients. Her family was most important to her; she especially loved spending summers at Sebec Lake with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Merle, of Dover-Foxcroft; a daughter, Judith Pruneau and her husband, Ralph, of Fairfield Glade, TN; a son, Terry Merrill and his wife, Crickette, of Kennebunkport; 4 grandchildren, Scott Pruneau, Heather Johnson, Brent Merrill, and Dean Merrill; three great-grandchildren; a brother, Lowell Tyler and his wife, Betty, of Melbourne, FL; a sister, Gloria Kinison of Bangor; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call from 2pm until time of funeral service at 3pm, Wednesday, September 13, 2017, at the Lary Funeral Home, Dover-Foxcroft, with Pastor Ray Beless officiating.
