FIND THE SHOP LOCAL TREE CONTEST WINNER — Irene Thomas of Dover-Foxcroft, left, pictured with Jeannette Hughes of the Piscataquis Observer, is the winner in the newspaper’s annual Find the Shop Local Tree Contest. Thomas was awarded a grand prize package of goods from numerous area businesses after her name was drawn from a pool of 10 weekly prize winners who each received two 6-inch Subway subs and a movie pass for two from the Center Theatre.
