Hazel (Reed) Smart, 90 of Mattawamkeag, passed away July 15 with her daughter at her side. She was born in Provincetown MA, September 1, 1925, daughter of Gerald and Alice (Smith) Reed.
She is predeceased by husband Donald and son David Smart of Mattawamkeag.
She is survived by daughters Ruth and Wade Philbrick of Greenbush and Vicki and Marty Brown of Carmel; grandchildren Jennifer and Robert Otis of Greenbush, Doug Smart of Mattawamkeag, Toni and David Poll of Hudson; great grandchildren Stevie Ruth Otis of Greenbush, and Hunter Poll of Hudson; daughter in law Lois Smart of Mattawamkeag.
A graveside service will be announced at a later date.
