Anthony “Tony” Bernardini, 63, passed away July 27, 2016. He was born August 26, 1952, in St. Stephen New Brunswick, the son of Charles and Patricia (McShane) Bernardini.
Tony was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He graduated from Calais High School then served his country in the Air Force.
He is survived by his wife, Loree (McKinnon) Bernardini; his children, Casey, Lucca and Maddox Bernardini of Gray, Louie and wife, Kellie, and their daughter, Clarie, of Merrimack, NH; brother, Louis; sister, Barbara Bernardini of Calais; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sister, Patricia Hartford (Bernardini).
Tony owned and operated AAA Plumbing & Heating in Gray as a Master Plumber. He was a skilled gamesman that especially enjoyed hunting white tail deer, fishing for brook trout, and ice fishing Maine’s lakes. He was an avid golfer that enjoyed competing with himself as much as he enjoyed competing with friends.
Those who knew Tony worked for Tony.
A memorial gathering will be held Saturday July 30, at Wilson Funeral Home, 24 Shaker Road, from noon to 2:30 p.m. followed immediately Remembrance Service.
