Penquis Valley grad receives scholarship from Maine Savings

MILO — Continuing its tradition of support for local students, Maine Savings proudly awarded $500 scholarships to nine college-bound Maine seniors. One recipient is Lydia Balestra, of Penquis Valley High School, who will be attending the University of Maine to study Education/English.
