Piscataquis Criminal Docket

DOVER-FOXCROFT — The following cases were heard under the Piscataquis Criminal Docket at the Dover-Foxcroft Courthouse during the month of November.

Jesse P. Anderson, 24, Sangerville: domestic violence criminal threatening, and domestic violence assault, 45 days in jail (each).

Angel Aubin, 43, Newport: burglary, three years in prison, all suspended, three years’ probation and $700 restitution; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 60 days in jail , all suspended (each) and $100 restitution (second).

Billy Beaulieu, 32, Bangor: operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 150-day license suspension; and failing to make oral or written accident report, $250.

Colby D. Brown, 23, Brownville: failing to make oral or written accident report, $250 fine.

Crystal Cartwright, 30, Brownville Jct.: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

Dylan Marc Ewer, 19, Charleston: probation violation, 13 months in prison, probation revoked.

Jeffrey M. Farrington, 27, Greenville: domestic violence assault, eight months in jail, all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation.

Steven Ferris, 37, Brownville: failing to display ATV registration numbers, $100 fine.

Harold Franklin Flint, 53, Elliottsville Twp: violating protection from abuse order, $300 fine.

Justin Gerickont, 18, Cambridge: motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit, $350 fine.

Devon Gerrish, 19, Brownville: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.

Benjamin R. Gould, 26, Dover-Foxcroft: terrorizing, $300 fine.

Robert L. Grubb, 22, Windham: assault, $300 fine, 15 days in jail; and failure to appear in court on criminal summons, $200 fine.

Dale G. Hachey, 55, Sangerville: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, nine months in jail; and criminal mischief (two counts), 30 days in jail and $119 restitution (first) and 30 days in jail and $89 restitution (second).

Tori Ellen Hackett, 34, Milo: failing to make oral or written accident report, five days in jail; and operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 90 days in jail.

Caleb Hall, 20, Topsham: use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine, all suspeded; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.

Michael Heath, 37, Brownville: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Brandon T. James, 26, Charleston: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

Kevin P. Jay, 58, Milo: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

William H. Jones III, 21, Greenville: operating unregistered ATV, $200 fine.

Susie Kittrell, 58, Brownville: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $1,000 fine and $200 restitution.

Lenny Coover & Sons Trucking, Brownville: rule violations, compliance review (five counts), $511.76 fine (first) and $450 fine (other counts) .

Christopher L. Lovejoy, 22, Eliot: disorderly conduct, fighting, $100 fine.

Logan J. Masse, 21, Sebec: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, $750 fine.

Steven Morrill, 22, Corinth: operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail, one year license suspension; failing to make oral or written accident report, $200 fine; and attaching false plates, $100 fine.

Michael P. Primus, 59, Milo: assault, $400 fine.

Keith A. Smith, 25, Milo: assault, $300 fine, 30 days in jail; criminal mischief (three counts) 30 days in jail (each), $200 restitution (second) and $600 restitution (third); and criminal threatening (two counts), 30 days in jail (each) and $200 restitution (first).

Jennifer L. Stevens, 36, Dover-Foxcroft: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Mark A. Tardif, 42, Buxton: operating snowmobile under the influence, $500 fine.

Galen D. Thibodeau, 45, Millinocket: aggravated assault, eight years in prison, all but four years six months suspended, and three years’ probation.

Gene D. Turner, 44, Shirley: kindling fire without permit, $100 fine; and failure to appear in court on criminal summons, $100 fine.
