East Sangerville Grange hosts 40th craft fair

SANGERVILLE — Doors at the East Sangerville Grange open at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 7 for its renowned annual Holiday Craft Fair.

Crafters and artisans from all around the region will be on hand with beautiful, unique products and gifts. Between all the honeys and jams, wool sweaters, caps, and gloves, handcrafted jewelry, soaps, rugs, paintings and pottery, it will be fun and easy to make a big dent in your holiday shopping list when you attend this event.

Admission to the fair, which is celebrating its 40th year, is still only $1. Shoppers are invited to take a break and enjoy lunch. A variety of fresh made soups, salads, grilled sandwiches, baked goods, and desserts will be on sale throughout the day. The fair closes at 3 p.m.

Those looking for a really full day can come back to the Grange later that evening for a foot-stomping performance by Gypsy Flamenco Swing band Amerenouche. The opening act for the Grange’s famous coffeehouse, Amerenouche is a returning favorite and a band not to be missed. Doors for the show open at 5:30 p.m. and the music starts at 7. Tickets are available at the door or two weeks in advance at Bob’s Farm, Home and Garden in Dover-Foxcroft.

For more information about the coffee house call 564-8596. You can also visit East Sangerville Grange’s website at www.http://www.grange.org/eastsangervilleme177/ or fon Facebook to find ticket prices and see the complete lineup of performers for the 2015-16 season.
