Blethen receives college grant

    Carol Blethen of Dover-Foxcroft has been awarded a Program for Continuing Education Grant from the P.E.O. Sisterhood.
    She was sponsored for this grant by P.E.O. Chapter B, Bangor, Maine. A Philanthropic Educational Organization, PEO awards grants, scholarships and loans to women of all ages. The PCE grant Blethen has received is for women who have had a break in their education for at least 24 months.
