Staines, whose music is described as “a slice of Americana”, has appeared on Garrison Kieller’s “Prairie Home Companion”, Public Radio’s “Mountain Stage “and puts on nearly 200 shows a year around the country. His songs have been recorded by many other folk legends including Peter, Paul, and Mary.
Three more shows will follow in the series. The Press Gang will play in March, Meteora will perform in April, and The Old Blues Kats will wrap up the season with a bang in May.
