Truck sought in Sangerville hit-and-run

SANGERVILLE — The Piscataquis County Sheriff’s Department and other law enforcement agencies are searching for a pickup truck involved in a hit-and-run personal injury accident in Sangerville Saturday night.
An unidentified male suffered a head injury, according to the sheriff’s department, and was taken to Mayo Regional Hospital.
The truck was described as two-door model, “blue-ish” in color and carrying a ladder rack. It should have a missing passenger-side mirror and headlight as well as front-end damage, according to deputies.
As of Monday evening, there were no developments in the case.
