Every year the Piscataquis Observer publishes children’s letters to Santa Claus, and two young letter writers are drawn to receive a gift bag of assorted toys matching what they asked for. This year’s winners, pictured with Jeannette Hughes of the Piscataquis Observer, are Kaydiense Nelson, 2.5 years old of Dover-Foxcroft, and Connor Hall, 1.5 of Dover-Foxcroft.
