Area writer publishes book on true ghost stories

MILO — On the cover of her book “Collecting Ghosts” Victoria Eastman, of Milo, asks, “Is someone watching you? Is there someone with you no one can see? Have you had dreams about the future? Premonitions? Have you seen a ghost?”

If you have, you are not alone. It turns out many people have had similar experiences, and were willing to share them in Eastman’s book, which was published on Oct. 31. Their stories are “curious, frightening, heartbreaking, and amazing. This collection reveals a mischievous ghost in California, an intimidating visitor in New Brunswick, unseen presences in Quebec and Nova Scotia, footsteps in Maine and New York, and a ghostly child in Germany.”
“Collecting Ghosts” is available on Amazon.com for Kindle or in paperback.
