    ATKINSON – Debra Elaine Shannon, “Nana”, 57, passed away September 12, 2014, at a Bangor hospital. She was born January 20, 1957, in Dover-Foxcroft, the daughter of Harry W. and Iona Mae (Davis) Walton. Over the years, Debra worked for Guilford Industries, Hardwood Products, and retired from P.Q. Controls.
    She is survived by her loving husband, Blaine Shannon; her mother, Iona Walton; her daughter, Dawn Webster, and her children, Spencer Hartsgrove, Alicia Webster, and Ryan Webster; her son, Brian Shannon and his wife, Erynn, and their children, Alec Shannon and Karlee Shannon; two brothers, Darrell Walton and his wife, Pam, and their daughter, Michelle Walton, and Dean Walton and his wife, Jill, and their children, Jessie Cunningham, Jeremy Lunn, and Nathan Lunn; her sister, Darlene Lowell and her former husband, Roger, and their children, Brienne Morrison and Travis Lowell; her mother-in-law, Nola Shannon; two brothers-in-law, Galen Shannon, and Mike Shannon and his wife, Cindy, and their children, Eric and Heidi; two sisters-in-law, Dawna Decker and her children, Mathew and Andrew, and Wendy Fricke and her daughter, JoAnna.
    Debra was predeceased by her father, Harry Walton; and her father-in-law, Linwood Shannon.
    A celebration of her life will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, September 20, 2014, at her home, 181 So. Stagecoach Road, Atkinson. Arrangements are in the care of Lary Funeral Home, Dover-Foxcroft.
