    LOTS OF TRAFFIC IN BOWERBANK — The 2014 edition of Bowerbank Days featured a parade on the morning of Aug. 9, with the procession concluding by the fire station property after traveling a route along the Bowerbank Road. The parade and multiple-day event, held every half decade, brought out year-round residents, summer citizens and visitors.

    ROADY PIPERS — Marching along the pavement of the Bowerbank Road during Saturday’s Bowerbank Days parade were the Anah Highlanders, who later in the day performed by the fire station/town hall.

    COLOR GUARD — Leading the Bowerbank Days parade on Saturday morning was the color guard from American Legion Post 41 in Milo with a similar group of Anah Shriners immediately following.

    TIMBEROO FAMILY GAME NIGHT — One Bowerbank Days parade float featured the Timberoo Family Game Night.

    PARADE ROYALTY — Mrs. Maine America 2014 Liza Smith, of Sebec, continued her royal duties by riding in the Bowerbank Days parade. Smith was joined her by husband Ryan and sons Jackson and Landon, pictured, and the four were driven by Marty McKenzie who is a summer resident of Ram Island.
