These books reside downstairs in a bookcase and also on tables with a comfy chair to sit and peruse what might interest you. We have a nice selection of children’s books as well. Come check it out. You never know what you might find.

Our current adult fiction special book display theme is ‘Plant A Seed – Grow Your Mind, Read A Book.” There is a good variety of authors and subjects to choose from and you might find an author that you like that is new to you.
The summer reading program “Fizz, Boom, Read” was very successful. Thirty children were signed up which includes the Milo Day Care. The attendance was strong throughout the five-week program. Two of the giveaways consisted of growing your own crystals and a growing dinosaur in a fizzing volcano. The kids had a good time with these and I could hardly resist myself. A total of 760 books were read. Keep on reading, kids, it’s fun and important.
