Collins campaign announces Piscataquis County town chairs

    BANGOR — U.S. Sen. Susan M. Collins’ reelection campaign has announced its Piscataquis County chairs.
    “I’m so pleased to have this wonderful team of campaign chairs in Piscataquis County,” said Collins in a press release. “It gives me great confidence to have such a solid campaign structure in place.”

    The rollout of Piscataquis County campaign chairs comes as part of a full-state announcement. The volunteer leadership team includes more than 550 town and county chairs that will coordinate the field activities of thousands of volunteers. It is the most extensive grassroots effort ever mounted by the Collins campaign team.
    Piscataquis County co-chairs are Tom Lizotte of Dover-Foxcroft, a former selectman and county commissioner; and Piscataquis County Commissioner Eric Ward of Greenville Junction.
    Lizotte and Ward are also serving as chairs of their hometown committees.
