More Bowerbank Days to celebrate
To the Editor;
Bowerbank Days are fast approaching and we want you to be a part of it! We have changed from a Friday and all day Saturday celebration to a week-long extravaganza — Aug. 4-9 this year.
A partial list of some of the Bowerbank Days events includes raffles, horseshoe tournaments, baked bean supper, square dancing, silent auction, road race, parade featuring the “Pipes and Drums”, live music, arts and crafts, and plenty of kid-focused fun including train rides, clowns, face painting, challenges and activities.
Our grand finale will be a boat parade!
More information to include an exact schedule will follow in the coming days.
