DDATT berry workshop

    DEXTER — On Saturday, July 26 at 10 a.m., Abbott Memorial Library and Dexter-Dover Area Towns in Transition will present a gardening workshop on two favorite backyard berries: raspberries and blueberries.

    Beth Ranagan of Sangerville, who has more than a decade of experience growing both types of berries, will conduct the workshop.  The program will focus on selection of berry varieties, location, soil requirements, planting, pruning and pests.
    There is no charge for the program, but donations to DDATT would be appreciated. FMI: 924-7292.
