Education meeting May 2
DEXTER — “Education: how well are our schools working?” will be presented Friday, May 2 at 7 p.m. by Matthew Drewette-Card, AOS 94 curriculum coordinator. He will describe the Common Core State Standards followed by a facilitated public discussion. The evening will cover “myths and facts” about the impact and changes the Common Core will have on community, schools, teachers, students and families.
This event, co-sponsored by DDATT and Dexter’s Abbott Memorial Library, will be held at the library’s meeting room. For more information contact info@ddatt.org or 277-4221.
