The Maine State Organization of the Daughters of the American Revolution held its annual Spring Conference March 28-29 in Waterville. The local DAR Chapter, Tisbury Manor, had three members attend the conference. Chapter Regent Nancy Battick, Vice Regent Jane Macomber and Treasurer Kathy Normandin attended.

This year’s keynote speaker was President General Lynn Fornay Young from the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution in Washington, D.C. Young spoke about the renovations to the DAR Constitution Hall in Washington, D.C. and the vision she has for tomorrow’s DAR.
