DOVER-FOXCROFT — Caring for a loved one is a rewarding experience, yet it can lead to stress and depression.
Pine Tree Hospice’s “Caring for the Caregiver” series is hosting a “Depression in the Caregiver” workshop which will explore the signs and risks of caretaking as well as where to turn to for help.

After a healthy lunch provided by Pine Tree Hospice, Josephine Cirrinone, LSW, CCP, and Theresa Boettner, a family caregiver specialist through Eastern Area Agency on Aging, will discuss caregiver resources within the community and throughout the surrounding areas.
The free workshop will be Wednesday, April 2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Mayo Regional Hospital’s Resource Center in the Sebec/Borestone rooms.
