Bertha Lucille (Green) Sullivan

    SHIRLEY – Bertha Lucille (Green) Sullivan, 91, died March 7, 2014, at C.A. Dean Hospital in Greenville. She was born May 10, 1922, the daughter of John and Ina (Noy) Green.
    She is survived by her husband, William C. Sullivan of Shirley; sons, John Cobb of FL, Arthur Cobb of NC; daughter, Lucille Wright of Abbot; stepson, Wesley Cobb of NH; sisters, Marie Gerard of FL, and Ruth Rollins of NH.  She was also survived by several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews, for whom she loved making handmade mittens.
    She was predeceased by a stepson, Hubert Cobb; brothers, Stanley Green, William Green, Raymond Green, and Norman Green; sisters, Lilly Wilson and Dorothy Noakes.
    Graveside services will be held Saturday, June 7, 2014, at 10 a.m., at the Shirley Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to C.A. Dean Nursing Home, P.O. Box 1129, Greenville, ME  04441.
