Cooking Matters at the Store

    MILO — The Piscataquis Public Health Council will be holding a supermarket tour to show area families how to make healthy choices at the store on a limited budget. 
    Cooking Matters at the Store was developed based on research showing that careful food shopping practices are associated with measures of better dietary quality. The program aims to promote real changes to shopping habits.  

    The tour will be held at Tradewinds Marketplace from 3-5 p.m. on Dec. 20. Registration is required. For more information, please contact Hilary London at 564-4159.
