Celebration of Remembrance Nov. 3

    DOVER-FOXCROFT — Community Health and Counseling Services and Pine Tree Hospice will be hosting the annual Celebration of Remembrance on Sunday, Nov. 3 from 1:30 to 3 p.m.

    This year a “Celtic” theme will be employed, with lively music performed by cellist Ruth Fogg and string musicians from Foxcroft Academy. Traditional Irish desserts will be served along with fruit and cheese. Among the activities planned for all ages are face painting, making “weather-grams” and decorating heart-shaped “memory boxes.” The release of environment-friendly white message balloons is a highlight of the event.
