Lovell’s Hardware raffle to benefit LifeFlight of Maine

GUILFORD — A few years ago, Terry and Andy Lovell’s son, Logan, was involved in a serious auto accident and had to be transported to the trauma center at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor via a LifeFlight helicopter.

After a 62-day hospital stay, he returned to his Guilford home with his wife, Lauren, to complete his recovery.
His parents have never forgotten how critical the prompt response from LifeFlight was to their son’s survival.
So for the past few years Lovell’s Hardware, in cooperation with many of their vendors, holds a raffle with all proceeds going toward Maine’s only statewide air ambulance service.
    Prizes this year include:
One ton of Geneva wood pellets
Warn electric winch
Porter Cable air compressor
Gagne fire pit
Poulan Pro gas trimmer
Milwaukee 18-volt cordless rotary saw
Milwaukee electric Sawzall
Fein MultiMaster kit
DeWalt 18-volt cordless drill
Pressure washer
Model 206-3036 Smooth-Star fiberglass door
There are other major and smaller prizes being offered. Tickets are $1 each, 3 for $2 or 10 for $5 and the drawing will be held on Saturday, Aug. 24.
Also, customers can enjoy lunch served from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Friday, coffee and donuts from 7–10 a.m. Saturday and a family magic show featuring Conjuring Carroll on Saturday from 10:30 a.m.–1 p.m. It’s all part of Lovell’s Hardware of Guilford Customer Appreciation Weekend.
