Clarification
The story about the Three Rivers Kiwanis Club groundbreaking in the Aug. 7 issue of the Observer failed to mention that Tom and Nancy Harrigan not only donated the land where the new clubhouse will be built, but are also paying for the material and the construction cost of the building.
