CLAPP, Bertha M., 85, of Clinton, at Waterville, June 16, 2013. Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. July 27, 2013 at the Greenville Cemetery followed by a lunch at the American Legion Auxiliary, Greenville at 3:45 p.m.

Bertha M. Clapp

    CLINTON – Bertha M. Clapp, 85, died June 16, 2013, in Waterville, at Inland Hospital of Cancer/ Emphesema. She was born April 24, 1928, in St. Agatha, Daughter of Joseph and Alice (Saucier) Guerrette.
    Bertha was in nursing. She graduated from nursing school June 16, 1960 at CMMC where she worked for 13 years. She also belonged to the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 94 of Greenville.
    Bertha leaves two sisters, Shirley Baillargeon and Jacqueline Leavitt both of Dover-foxcroft; one brother Robert Guerrette of Caribou, one son David Guerrette of Minnesota and four daughters, Linda Duby of Lewiston, Sheila Bosse of Mechanic Falls, Sharon Violet of Augusta and Monica Roberts of Clinton; many nieces and nephews, 13 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one favorite aunt, Adriene Saucier of Greenville.
    Bertha was predeceased by her husband Frank Clapp Jr., a son Frank Clapp III, two daughters, Cynthia Clapp and Judy Clapp, two grandsons, David Duby and John (Clapp) Westling, a brother Gilbert Guerrette and a sister Bernadette Annance.
    Mom, Nan, Great Nan, Aunt, Niece, Cousin, Sister and friend, you are and will be sadly missed and greatly loved. Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. July 27, 2013 at the Greenville Cemetery followed by a lunch at the American Legion Auxiliary, Greenville at 3:45pm.
