Airman Toby graduates from U.S. Air Force basic training

lo-toby-dcX-po-27    GUILFORD — Airman Tylor Nathaniel Toby graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas on April 19.

    He is the son of proud parents Bradley J. Bouton and Ruby A. D’Salva-Bouton, and also Eric and Shawna Toby, and proud grandparents are Ramon and Barbara D’Salva (all from Guilford) and Philip and Cathy Gallant of Massachusetts. Toby is a 2010 graduate of Piscataquis Community High School and he was also a student at Eastern Maine Community College before entering the U.S. Air Force.
    Toby has signed a six-year agreement with the Air Force and after graduating he was sent to specialized training at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo. for pavement and construction equipment training where he will learn how to master heavy equipment machinery and creating roads and runways. After graduating special training, Toby will be stationed at Little Rock AFB in Arkansas.
    Toby follows a family line full of military serviceman from a great-grandfather, grandfathers, fathers, aunts, uncles, cousins and soon a younger sibling, serving in all branches of the military. His family and friends would like to congratulate Toby on his achievements and for serving his country.
