Wintle receives promotion with Maine Army National Guard

    Brig. Gen. James D. Campbell, the Adjutant General for Maine, announced that Tyler Wintle of Exeter and the Maine Army National Guard was promoted to the rank of specialist with CO B, 3/172d Infantry (Mountain).
