HIGH SCHOOL ORATORS

American Legion Post 41 in Milo held its annual High School Oratorical Scholarship program on Jan. 15 with four students from Penquis Valley High School participating. Placing first was Isabel Ruffin, with Thomas Diaz coming in second and Haley Knowles and Devon Strout also participating.
