GRAND PRIZE

     — Will’s Shop ‘n’ Save owners Will Wedge, second from right, and Melissa Wedge, right, presented grand prize winner Andres Moreno and his wife, Jean, left, an oversized check for $5,200 in the grocery store’s promotional contest. Andres Moreno won the prize by purchasing a bag of chips. Other non-grand prize winners included Megan Chasse, Steve Ritter, Van Chambers, Kathy Donahue, Roxanne Chase and Keri Raymond. Over 60,000 receipts were placed into a watermelon bin for a Dec. 22 drawing. A new contest is already under way where a customer can win a $100 gift card per week in 2013.
