DOVER-FOXCROFT — The Dover Low Vision group will be meeting at The Central Hall Commons, 152 East Main Street, on Friday, Oct. 7 from 10-11:30 a.m. Our guest speaker will be Julia Endicott from the Disability Rights Center.
