Harlem Wizards coming to Dexter Jan. 14

DEXTER — The world famous Harlem Wizards will be coming to Dexter Regional High School at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 14 in Guiski Gymnasium. This is going to be an entertaining family-friendly evening of tricks, hoops and alley-oops! The Wizards will be playing against some favorite high school and Ridge View Community School staff and coaches. 

 

The Dexter Dream Team roster includes teachers and basketball coaches Jody Grant and Peter Murray, Frank Reynolds, Paul Shaw, Sandie Emerson, Heather Doherty, Andrew Shorey, Dexter Town Manager Trampas King, Noah Morang, SeDoMoCha School Principal Adam Gudroe, Darcie Sands and a few more!

HARLEM WIZARDS IN DEXTER — The Harlem Wizards will take on a team of Dexter/Ridge View staff and others at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 14 in the high school gym, to benefit a student trip to Costa Rica in June.

 

The players representing the Harlem Wizards include Rocket, Big J, The Artist, La Fiesta, Jet, Zero G and Ugo, the MC.

 

The group putting this event on is comprised of students traveling to Costa Rica this coming June. All proceeds will help them directly. 

 

Tickets are available in advance at $15 for general admission while Courtside Plus tickets are available for $35 and include a front row seat, color poster perfect for autographs, meet and greet session before the game, souvenir lanyard and option to buy a discounted jersey. Reserved tickets include a color poster and a seat close to the court. Dexter Regional High School is located at 12 Abbott Hill Road. The game begins at 7 p.m. and the doors will open at 6 p.m., be sure to purchase your tickets in advance. If available, tickets will be sold at the door.
