Artisan bread-making workshop May 12 in Dexter

DEXTER — Dexter Dover Area Towns in Transition (DDATT) is sponsoring a free artisan bread-making workshop from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 12 at the Universalist Church kitchen on Hall Street.

Dusty Dowse, of Lammastide Bakery in Cambridge, will be sharing his extensive knowledge and experience of the art, specifically aiming to help people bake excellent bread in their home ovens. He will cover sourdough and “pre-ferments”, grains, flours, and other allied baking topics.
